Refund Policy

Credits are prepaid digital units used to run analysis operations in our Labs. Once credits are added to your wallet, they remain available until used. Unused credits do not expire.

• Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no credits from that specific purchase have been consumed.
• Once any credit from a purchase has been used on a billed operation, that purchase becomes non-refundable.
• Partial refunds are not available once credits from a pack have been used.

To request a refund for eligible unused credits, email us at admin@matspace.co with the following information:

• Your account email address
• Date of purchase or Transaction ID
• Reason for the refund request

We aim to review and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Paddle.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Credits that have already been used
• Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date
• Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account. We strongly encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
